Receta de sardinas fritas, paso a paso (A1)

Mmmm, sardinitas. Say hello to another in our series of edu-recipes which enable you to learn some Spanish whilst preparing food and enjoying it! You'll find a summary of the different grammatical elements, the verb forms used, as well as vocabulary. This is good for students at level A1 (Elementary 1, 2, 3 & 4).

¡Mmmm, sardinas!

Nivel: A1 (Elementary 1, 2, 3 and Upper Elementary 1)

Paso a paso

  • Primero, compras unas sardinas frescas, les quitas la cabeza y las limpias bien por dentro.
  • Segundo, las rebozas en harina y les pones sal.
  • Tercero, en una sartén honda, viertes el aceite de oliva y lo calientas.
  • Cuarto, cuando el aceite está muy caliente, echas las sardinas. Las sacas cuando las sardinas están doradas por ambos lados.
  • Quinto, las sirves con unas rodajas de limón y una ramita de perejil. 

Gramática

  • Tiempo verbal: segunda persona del presente de indicativo "tú"—compras, quitas, limpias, rebozas, pones, viertes, calientas, echas, sacas, sirves.
  • Pronombres de complemento directo: las (limpias las sardinas), las (rebozas las sardinas), lo (calientas el aceite), las (sacas las sardinas), las (sirves las sardinas).
  • Pronombres de complemento indirecto: les (quitas a las sardinas), les (pones a las sardinas)
  • Numerales ordinales: primero, segundo, tercero, cuarto y quinto.
  • Vocabulario: las sardinas, la cabeza, la sartén, la harina, la sal, el aceite, el limón, el perejil, las rodajas.
